Benefits:
1. Full tuition and educational support fees (full thesis support)
2. Living allowance of – 10,500 Bat per month for Master’s program – 11,500 Bat per month for the Doctoral program
3. Round trip economy travel expenses, the most direct route to and from Thailand and the recipient’s home country (actual expense, but not over 20,000 Baht)
4. Miscellaneous expenses such as visa fees, airport taxes, etc. (actual expenses, but not over 10,000 Baht)
5. Health and accident insurance during the period of scholarship in Thailand
6. Scholarship recipients are required to stay at the SIIT dormitory for a period of at least 12 months.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Not a Thai citizen, nor of Thai nationality.
2. English proficiency test: IELTS 4.5+ / TOEFL PBT 400+ / CBT 97+ / IBT 32+ / TU-GET 400+ / TOEIC 500. The applicant can still apply for the online application even though there is no any certificate of English proficiency test.
3. Excellent academic record (preferably ranked within the top 20 percent of the class).
4. Meet qualifications of SIIT graduate programs admission.
5. Two strong recommendation letters (at least one recommendation letter must come from academic instructor/advisor.
6. Have good health and good conduct.
7. Must not be a recipient of another type of scholarship.
Required Documents (softcopy):
1. A statement of purpose (at least one page of a statement of purpose)
2. A Curriculum Vitae (CV) or resume
3. An official transcript
4. Certificate of English proficiency test (TOEFL/IELTS/TU-GET/TOEIC). The applicant can apply for the online application even though there is no any certificate of English proficiency test.
5. Citizen ID card or passport.
6. Research paper, publication or certificates (if any).
7. Recent photograph (1x1.5 inches size as jpeg only)
How to Apply Sirindhorn Technology Scholarship Fund:
1. Applicants submit an online application (during the application period) by uploading the required documents to the online application system, limited to a maximum of 5 MB/each file.
2. The application is considered by SIIT committees.
3. The successful candidates will be informed by the admission staff via e-mail.
